Catering Manager
Full-Time
Our Catering Manager is at the heart of keeping Crossroads events organized, from the first conversation with a client to the final details on event day. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can keep all the moving pieces on track while making sure our clients feel taken care of along the way.
This full-time role includes managing the catering calendar, scheduling catering leads, event crews, and weekday deliveries, as well as handling client communication, contracts, invoices, and payment tracking. The Catering Manager also works events, including weekends, and plays an important role in making sure each Crossroads event runs smoothly from start to finish.
This position offers starting hourly pay with opportunities for performance-based increases, a company-matched retirement plan up to 3%, and paid vacation after six months.
Kitchen
Lead
Full-Time
Our Kitchen Lead plays an important role in keeping the Crossroads kitchen running smoothly and making sure every dish that leaves the kitchen reflects the quality we’re proud to serve. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and enjoys being part of a team that works hard and supports one another.
This full-time position includes food preparation and quality, ordering, keeping the back of house clean and organized, and maintaining food safety and temperature standards. The Kitchen Lead works from 10 AM–6 PM with rotating weekends and has the opportunity to grow into a Kitchen Manager role.
Starting pay is $19/hour, with opportunities for performance-based increases and a company-matched retirement plan up to 3%.
Catering Lead
Part-Time
Our Catering Lead plays an important role in bringing the Crossroads experience to weddings, corporate events, celebrations, and gatherings throughout the community. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable jumping in wherever needed, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
This part-time role includes event setup and breakdown, food and beverage service, and helping keep events organized and running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work alongside our catering team, paying attention to the details and providing the friendly, attentive service our clients and guests have come to expect from Crossroads.
Because many of our catered events take place on evenings and weekends, flexibility is important. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
